Dr. Ky Dele has built her career on the foundations of passion, purpose and humility. She is a transparent leader who fearlessly and unapologetically embraces her own imperfections to mobilize and empower others. As a respected Psychologist, Ky Dele applies her expertise in merging the power of psychology and the mindset of the consumer, market, and the community as a foundation of brand marketing, and philanthropy on a global level.
Ky Dele founded The Made Man Foundation to provide a sustainable solution to community empowerment and to uphold the principle that giving back is a lifestyle and responsibility. Staying true to her mantra “It takes a village we are all its results and its function,” Ky Dele has been instrumental in integrating the spirit of collaboration, upholding the standards of accountability and responsibility as the gateway to empowerment of self and others, into a global mission of building a network of “doers.”
To date, Dele has helped over 20,000 youth—providing motivational speaking and cognitive behavioral workshops nationally for over 15 years, solicited more than 18,000 suits to donate to underserved men and sponsored more than 5800 college application fees through the Made Man foundation and her career’s work.
As CEO of Blueprint Global Group (BGG) Ky has spent over a decade building one of the world’s most respected marketing and philanthropic reengineering practices. BGG specializes in brand marketing, international business relations, celebrity procurement & endorsement.
BGG has worked with notable corporations such as BMW, NBA Washington Wizards, Comcast, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Andrew J. Dele has always understood the importance of building global partnerships. With her international background as a launching point Dele has developed relationships with key global stakeholders including the United Nations, heads-of-state, embassies, commerce/banking institutions, and white-house officials to organize charity fundraisers, civil and social advocacy projects, economic development training, and community connection events with the likes of African Leadership Conference, One Africa Music Fest and The Made Man Foundation.
Her experience as a Psychologist & brand marketer has allowed Dr. Dele to interact with many diverse influencers, companies, and causes to strategically partner and connect.
Ky Dele is a “boundary provocateur” who believes in never turning a sky into a ceiling and that there is no box. Her unorthodox approaches and unconventional tactics allow her as a global visionary, philanthropist, marketing maven, celebrity brand connector and entrepreneur to create a sustainable business model that highlights, engages, connects and supports individuals and corporations. With educational accomplishments including honors and graduate degrees in Psychology, Education, & Humanities (h.c), Dele has embarked on her life’s journey with great tenacity with the intent to invest, empower and optimize the most asset which is in people & the global community.
